The Wilson Group is a certified DBE firm that was formed in August 2005. Our firm's primary market area is minority/women/disadvantaged (M/W/DBE) business-related services, including M/W/DBE contract compliance, program evaluation, supportive services and disparity studies, nationwide. We have recently expanded our product line to include information technology management, financial management, public policy research and development, and administration.

Our team members have conducted over 40 disparity studies focusing on state departments of transportation, transit agencies, and state and local governments.  We also have the capability and experience assisting government agencies in developing goal setting methodologies for Design/Build contracts.

Our team members also have extensive expertise in conducting Disparate Impact Analyses for employment discrimination cases and developing Affirmative Action Plans.

The Wilson Group team members have extensive experience in providing professional consulting services to public and private organizations in the areas of transportation, policy research and development, management reviews, organizational development, financial management, information technology, M/W/DBE contract compliance, program evaluation, supportive services, and minority and women business studies.  Current clients include the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Montana Department of Transportation, and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
